Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our product and are confident you will too—just like the thousands of satisfied customers we've served to date. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Leather Better order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund.
How to Return Your Order:To initiate a return, please email us at info@leatherbetterglobal.com with:
- The name your order is under
- Your invoice number
- The reason for return
We will provide a return shipping label for you.
Return Conditions:
- Items returned after 30 days from the date you received your order are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Items that are damaged, missing parts, or significantly different from their original condition (unless due to our error) will not qualify for a refund.
Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@leatherbetterglobal.com with photos of the damage. This allows us to submit a claim and promptly send you a replacement order. Please note that damaged orders are only eligible for a replacement, not a refund.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. A credit will be issued to your original payment method within the time frame specified by your financial institution.
